  1. My favorite book in the series is the Prisoners of Azkaban. I love when Hermione uses the time turner to go back in time. Hermione is my favorite character and this has her mostley in it. I love the simple adventure of it. Anyway I could ramble on and on lol. I would love to win. =]

  2. I really enjoyed The Half-Blood Prince. The story really started to turn for me there. I liked the way the characters were still growing and the whole Dumbledore story line was really interesting. Of course, I cried when he died, but that's expected. My favorite part of the book must be the struggle with Draco. He wasn't just another bully; he was having real emotions and real problems that he didn't want to face, and real fear. I felt as if he didn't want to become what he felt he had to and it made him a better character (though I love Tom Felton's portrayal in the films). I also loved the little bit with Fred and George; they're two of my favorites and it made me laugh.

But then the Deathly Hallows is perfect. The whole story was so captivating: the bits that made Dumbledore seem more human than just a noble old man; the stories, not only of Dumbledore, but of the Deathly Hallows; the characters (Ron and Hermione, finally!); the chase for the horcruxes and all the action. The DEATHS made me cry. Fred's death really struck me. I teared up for Dobby and Snape, too. I also liked how Snape finally got to show his side of things. Everything just came together and it was a very bitter-sweet end.

I do suppose, though, that the other books (such as Order of the Phoenix and Prisoner of Azkaban are also on my list).

  5. My favorite is The Chamber of Secrets, which introduces a lot of the deeper themes of the series.
